A leader in premium skincare products, Murad, Inc. hired Medium to support and assist the internal IT team with HTML development and SEO implementation for the launch of the new Murad.com. Additionally, prior to co-founding Medium, Julie Ashkenazi oversaw the internal design of the new Murad website, which features a clean, modern design reflective of the brand’s clinical positioning. The new website successfully elevated the brand’s online presentation, improved user experience and increased online sales. The redesign helped facilitate a 35% monthly sales increase and a 25% conversion increase.
